Bilingual legal talent for U.S. law firms.
Latium Legal Talent — bilingual legal talent for U.S. law firms. We recruit, vet, and place Spanish-English intake specialists, legal assistants, and paralegals with solo and small firms.
The problem we solve
Every Spanish-speaking caller you can’t help is a case you may not sign. When no one at your firm can take that call, explain the next step, or follow up, the case often goes elsewhere.
Finding a local bilingual professional with real legal experience is hard, and a bad hire costs you time and your clients’ trust.
Who we work with
Solo and small firms (1–10 attorneys) in personal injury, immigration, family law, and criminal defense, especially in Spanish-speaking markets in Florida, Texas, California, New York, and Illinois.
Larger firms (11+ attorneys) can still request talent; we’ll discuss a custom engagement.
Why direct hire
You hire the professional directly, and they work for your firm, in your systems, under your supervision. Latium charges a one-time placement fee, not an hourly markup.
- One-time placement fee from $3,500, depending on the role, due when you sign the engagement agreement.
- 90-day guarantee: one free replacement.
What we look for in every candidate
Many of our candidates bring legal education or law-office experience. Others bring comparable experience, such as client intake, insurance, medical office, or customer service, that transfers well to legal work. You tell us what the role requires, and we match to it.
Hiring for a role that doesn’t require Spanish? We also find strong candidates for those roles, drawing on a wide talent pool across the U.S. and abroad.
Placed professionals work in supervised support roles and never give legal advice.
