How we vet every candidate.

Before you see a profile, every candidate goes through the same steps. We send you only the people who fit your role.

The steps

  1. Sourcing. We recruit bilingual professionals, mainly in Central and South America.
  2. Experience review against your role.
  3. Personal interview, in which we assess spoken English and Spanish (including clarity for client calls), judgment, and the limits of non-lawyer work.
  4. Reference checks.
  5. Confidentiality agreement and screening on client confidentiality and privilege.
  6. Matching to your role requirements, including your legal-experience requirement.

What you receive

A shortlist of pre-vetted candidates with our interview notes on each, within one week of completing your onboarding paperwork (signed agreement, fee paid, and role details).

What we don’t do

Latium screens and vets; candidates bring their own education and experience. We never screen by nationality, age, or appearance. Language ability is what we assess.
