Privacy Policy
How Latium Legal Talent, LLC collects and uses information on this website.
Who we are
Latium Legal Talent, LLC (“Latium”), 1317 Edgewater Dr #5779, Orlando, FL 32804. Email: info@latiumlegal.com. Latium is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request talent, we collect your name, firm name, firm state, work email, phone, firm website, and the details you provide about the role. If you choose, you may upload a job description.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and operations. We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies. See Cookies and browser storage below.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule calls, prepare engagement agreements and invoices, find and present candidates, and operate and secure the site. We send text messages only if you opt in, and marketing emails only if you opt in.
Website chat assistant
Our website has an automated chat assistant that answers questions about our services. When you use it, your messages are sent to our AI service provider, Anthropic, which processes them to generate answers based on the content of this website. Anthropic handles this data under its own commercial terms.
If you ask us to contact you through the chat, the chat transcript and the details you provide (such as your name, email, firm, and phone) are emailed to Latium and used to respond to you. We keep an open conversation on our server for up to 2 hours so it can be included if you ask us to contact you; after that it is deleted unless you sent it to us.
Please don’t share client names, case details, or other sensitive or confidential information in the chat. The assistant gives general information about Latium’s services. It is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
We keep chat transcripts and contact details we receive only as long as needed to respond, follow up, and meet our legal obligations. To ask for a copy or deletion of your chat information, write to info@latiumlegal.com.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking cookies. This site uses only:
- Your cookie choice (cookie
lt_consent): remembers whether you accepted or declined, for 12 months. - Chat assistant (session and local storage): when you open the chat, a conversation ID is kept in your browser’s session storage and is cleared when you close the tab. If you accept cookies, the chat may show a short greeting once per visit; if you dismiss it, a note in local storage stops it from showing again for 7 days.
- Security (cookie
__cf_bm): set by our network provider, Cloudflare, to protect the site from automated abuse. It expires after 30 minutes.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Please don’t send client information
Do not include client names, case details, or other confidential client information in our forms or emails.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, e-signature, payment, and automation tools, under their own terms. We share role details with candidates only as needed to match a placement. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations. As a general rule, we keep inquiries and chat or contact requests that don’t lead to an engagement for up to 2 years, and client engagement, billing, and tax records for up to 7 years after the engagement ends, unless the law requires a different period. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of texts (reply STOP) and marketing emails, by writing to info@latiumlegal.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date here. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
