Join our network of bilingual legal professionals.

Latium Legal Talent places Spanish-English professionals in remote, supervised support roles with U.S. law firms.

Who we look for

Paralegals, legal assistants, intake specialists, case-management and administrative professionals, and lawyers trained outside the U.S. (for support roles only), fluent in Spanish and English.

Legal experience helps, but it isn’t always required. Comparable experience, such as client intake, insurance, medical office, or customer service, can be a good fit for some roles.

How the process works

  1. Send your résumé and a short clip of yourself speaking (video preferred, audio accepted).
  2. A review of your experience.
  3. A personal interview in English and Spanish.
  4. Reference checks and a confidentiality agreement.
  5. If a firm is a match, you interview with them. The firm hires you directly.

What you should know

Latium never charges candidates fees.

After 90 days in a placement, you receive a $250 retention bonus from Latium.

Placed professionals work under the supervision of the hiring firm and never give legal advice. Foreign-trained lawyers do not hold themselves out as U.S. lawyers.

Apply

Our online candidate application is coming soon. Until then, email your résumé and a short speaking clip to info@latiumlegal.com.
