From request to hire, without the guesswork.
Six steps
- Tell us what you need. A short online form (about 5 minutes). We reply within 1 business day.
- 15-minute intake call. We confirm the role, the Spanish work involved, your software, and your hours.
- Shortlist within one week of completing your onboarding paperwork. Once your agreement is signed, your fee is paid, and we have your role details, you’ll receive pre-vetted candidates, each personally interviewed, with our notes on each.
- You interview and choose.
- You hire directly. The professional works for your firm. Latium charges a one-time placement fee.
- 90-day guarantee. If the placement isn’t the right fit within 90 days, we provide one replacement at no additional fee.

Fees
Placement fees from $3,500, depending on the role. Due when you sign the engagement agreement (invoiced at signing). No hourly markups. You pay the professional directly.
